The tastefully decorated room & reasonably spacious bathroom. Location so close to restaurants, markets, spas and nightlife as well as Hanoi Old Quarter. Also, easy to get to Temple of the Jade Mountain.

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was newly decorated and had ideal location just off Hoan Kiem, good eateries and the popular lake and markets and sightseeing.

Recently renovated building and rooms with a terrase. Cozy area, central location near halong bay and sapa and restaurants and overnight cruise to Halong Bay...

I stayed at Blue Hanoi Inn for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless and everything is brand new. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our trekking gear and stay in the room all day when we fell ill. The room itself was in perfect shape, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The location is also great, within walking distance of attractions and food vendors. The free breakfast was delicious, with a range of options available. I highly recommend this hotel for its high standards and excellent customer service.

The location was ok.

The hotel was quite dirty like it hasnt been cleaned for months. The staff are pushing you all the time to book bus trips and different excursion at the reception and werent quite helpful.

The room was well-appointed and high-class!

The setting was quite stunning and ideal within easy reach of a majestic church. The restaurant was small for meals other than breakfast, I tried tasty dishes. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Hanoi.

Also, the location is magnificent, minutes from a majestic church. Respectful staff, the breakfasts are large with fresh fruits and juices.

Location: the hotel was just off taxi, the old quarter shopping district and beautiful cathedral and a lot of restaurants, cafes and design shops around the area. Loved food at Bun bo Nam Bo, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Comfortable hotel in a pretty nice area next to the old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake and the shops and the lake and Old City. Tasty breakfast selection with toast and Western food. Marvellous location - around 4-6 minutes walk from Hang Gai Street.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a warm smile and were quick to assist with any requests or questions we had. The hotel room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's location was ideal. It was centrally located in the city, making it convenient to explore popular attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the lack of amenities in the hotel. There was no gym or swimming pool available for guests to use, which would have been a nice addition to enhance our romantic escape.
